The outer/inner Moka theme is pretty much like real life, you meet someone without knowing everything about them...although in this case, Tsukune first met Moka's hidden side and then her predominant one, but it's still the same. I'm guessing that in the end, inner Moka will keep the body but assimilate outer's traits, thus becoming complete as she was before the sealing.
