In Mai Otome mine were when:
Nagi had papers sprawled out on his desk and started cackling like a madman.
Nina was worried about Arika when she didn't return home and it was really late.
The morning after Arika tickled Nina who b**** slapped her and hurled her to the ground.
The final battle between Nina and Arika. (Since I'm a huge fan of that pairing.) XD
Mashiro finally went through some character development and when from a horrible ruler to someone capable of being one.
I actually have one in Mai Hime: It was when Tate "died." XD
