Shodaime and Nindaime were from different clans!!!!
There really is a folklore legend which says that a warrior named Jirayia was married with Tsunade but it doesn't stand for Naruto because during Jirayia's death he recalls that he was a failure among others because he never had the courage to ask Tsunade out!!!

Also Yondaime was Minato Namikaze married to Kushina Uzumaki who had a son!!!!!!!!!!(Naruto)
They found the name Naruto from one of Jirayia's books and so Jirayia became Naruto's godfather!!!!
Konohagakure never called Naruto by his real surname so he wouldn't find out he was YoNdaime's son(Minato)!!!!!

Dude Sasuke kills Itachi finds out the hard truth from Tobi(Madara)!!!
But during the hunt for Itachi Naruto was visited by Itachi's clone who gave Naruto part of his power so as to defend Konoha against Sasuke's propable attack with his team Hawk!!!
His team's name changed from Snake to Hawk after he found out about Itachi's connection to the village and how the leaf village "used" Itachi!!! Now his team's mission is to 'CRUSH THE LEAF'!!!
