Ohana, who has no management experience.
And, while they may not respect Enishi very much, but they accept him as the heir to the inn. Ohana doesn't even have that.
The more I watch that inn, the more I think that what they really need is for Minami from Moshidora to pay them a visit.
She'd set things straight.
