Blast Fall was not what it seemed to be
Important conversations happened in episode nineteen, possibly hinting what could really happened twelve years ago.
Josef, Bill's mentor, left a phone message for Roy while Integra and Axcela were working at Roy's home.
Integra immediately recognized the voice from twelve years ago. She and Sylvia among many other girls survivors of the Blast Fall were picked up by RUC to run tests on them.
Josef was outraged towards Rally for that and likely caused Josef's decision to quit RUC.
Rally exerting all of his creepines shows Rose a hidden facility stating that this is the place where future starts, and there's another shot of him in an underground cave that contains a crystalline substance.
Rally has flashback of his female comrade about that the future they longed dream is about to come, and his last shot for the episode displays a giant hatch opening to reveal what appears to be a machine contraption of sort.
