Dude, Shirayuki is my type of girl too.
But our protagonist can think otherwise.
Imagine your have a girl who likes you and will do anything for you, but you don't think the same way as she does to her and like someone else.
It's that kind of thing.
The thing you mentioned our Kinji begging Shirayuki to become "Touyama" is in vol. 10, it's spoiler and I can't see how the detailed description of how the coincidences that occur the moment Kinji asking her can deceive anyone who read it properly. The spoiler is really detailed...
