Well Koyomi is pretty dense when it comes to how girls feel about him. He didn't realize that Hitagi liked him until she bluntly told him and he wasn't aware of Hanekawa's feelings until the Cat threw it in his face. And of course there is Nadeko. The poor girl tried desperately to seduce him when they are alone in her room and she failed miserably. She went braless, wore a short skirt, tried to get him to play twister, and even said she wanted to call him "darling" when they were discussing about changing how they should refer to each other since they were much older now. All Koyomi was thinking was that she's so innocent and it's a good thing he only saw her as a younger sister  .
