You are right, Leonora's team is still active, but I highly doubt they would fight Team Scarlet again--they most likely would get curb stomped by Rubia's team to show how strong they are. If there's anything I learned about writing stories, a strong yet defeated opponent respected by the MC's crew will usually be used as cannon fodder to a stronger opponent if they were originally spared by the MC.
