It's not freedom of speech when you threaten to harm someone or kill. There are limits in freedom of speech and if you say the wrong thing, there are going to be consequences. This doesn't mean there are limits on things you can say. Everyone have freedom of thought, but not speech although you can freely express your ideas within legal boundaries... You can't simply shout fire in a crowded theater when there is no fire and think that you can get away with it.
