Maria ends up dropping the ball against Maon which was a possibility. More surprising to me is how much she lost by. It wasn't really all that close a match. It'll be pretty impressive if Nagi and Hinagiku are as strong as they looked in preliminaries since everyone else from Hayate hadn't looked too great. Asuha and Sherlock have a close match like I thought but my Asuha pick ends up on the wrong side of it. Cure Peace does as well as you could expect.
Houki is here to get the first win for Infinite Stratos. Neither of her opponent did that well in preliminaries so they should be weak enough for her to beat. Second match is a tough call between Tamao and Sana but I think Tamao can do it. Yasuna should take the third match without trouble.
