Haha yeah, in the anime he has some pretty amazing cleaning powers. I don't think he gets the place quite that clean in the manga.
Although realistically he could have just picked up all the clothes and junk left everywhere in the apartment and just threw it on the floor in her room, since thats where all her clothes are anyways
