I have a Japanese android phone and was able to download　an android version of Disgaea.

Its not available out of japan yet (typical isnt it?) but lets hope it gets released for the world too. (Maybe in from G-Gee US? because the Japanese version is G-Gee Japan)

I sooo want to put it in my other phones because I seem to be spending less and less time in japan and do not want to carry my Japanese phone around with me just for playing this game.
