Actually we KNOW it's Lelouch behind that mask. I'm nitpicking but that is
an old picture released before R2 began airing.
Therefore it's futile to speculate about the pic. It only means that Sunrise has
nothing to tell us since they didn't even bother drawing a new pic :D
