Certainly I don't believe it ever got licensed originally which was why I was so amazed when I saw it. Maybe Viewster picked it up in a batch of other old shows or something.
Just a shame it's region locked, so we can't point at it and say 'watch this! It's the kind of thing Noitamina was all about!' to everyone.
