I've got another jutsu...

Saiya-power Jutsu - By standing in a straddle stance and shouting at the top of your lungs endlessly, the jutsu allows you to power up for 30 minutes, when only about 1 or 2 have actually passed. The only real result of the jutsu, though, is a small boost in abilities, because the enemy can always power up to another form to match/beat it.
