I downloaded it on some torrent along with the Kai arcs soundtracks long ago. There are 9 tracks, but they came all name as track1, track2...
They are pretty cool (specially track2). Does someone has the tracklist, or anything?
There's also a single called "Lizing CD" (?!?) (tracks: "hands" and "-Wind when old and tracks-). Is it related to Higurashi?

Well, I have the tracklist in Japanese (I think):
01. あの頃のように (ano koro no youni)
02. もうなかないで (mou nakanaide)
03. 陽光の小景 (?)
04. 橙の中で (?)
05. ワタナガシ (watanagashi)
06. サンクチュアリィ (sankuchiyuarii - sanctuary?)
07. 僕は君に＊される (?)
08. truth
09. そして ひぐらしはなき止んだ (?)
But as for english or romanisations, someone else'll have to handle the rest, I know no kanji (well, maybe 3).
