I can't really say this movie did much to impress me. The 'Rikka POV' is merely her acting as narrator for certain story arcs and the rest of the movie is just all 13 episodes of S1 combined and hacked to pieces. The new stuff saved this movie from being unworthy to watch, especially the stuff leading into the actual recap.
Sure, it was a recap and I could have expected it as that, but I think they made some cuts a bit too random and the overall feel was quite disjointed as a result. You're better off just watching the whole first season again.
I found the Movie Lite much more interesting to watch. It's always nice to see some of Yuuta's dark past.
