No he's not xD
He rescued Teddie who was drowning in the sea (when I remember that right) and Kanji lost his trunks there.
So he was naked and the girls about to come. Yousuke searched for something and found seaweed which Kanji put on (after complaining alot about it).
If you're wondering why Teddie is on the ground: Kanji was carrying him under his arm and the poor boy got a full view of Kanji's crotch so he was being dramatic and all lol

About buying a vita for it. I was about to buy my vita for gravity rush only and when I heard that P4 the Golden was in the making I was hyped and it was a reason more for me to buy it.
So I'm happy I have my vita and I'm SO going to import P4G as soon as it hits NA xD
