Firstly, Yes i know the author state that Lelouch was killed but what are your Opinions on the Japanese ending where C.C was on the cart and state:" Geass a fearsome power controls people lifes, did i say anything wrong ? Secondly, after reading through comments from Youtube videos, Comment at some other forum sites. People once again was split into 2 separate group - One saying Lelouch is dead the other saying his alive. And the reason to support the fact that Lelouch is dead is where the author claimed that Lelouch is DEAD. On the other hand, Those who believed that Lelouch is alive claims that Lelouch killed his father to obtain the code (Immortality) therefore he didnt die.
the anime also show that when one has the code of immortality, they cannot use their Geass. but the fact the Lelouch still have his Geass shows that he didnt obtain the code. However to obtain the code, you have to either steal it from the one who gave you the Geass or Kill the one who gave you the Geass. (Just like how Charles (98th Emperor-Father of Lelouch) stole V.V's Code and V.V is still alive until the Black knight raid at the order. The 2nd way to obtain the Code is shown in C.C's memories where she obtained her Geass from the Nun and later killed her when her Geass was strong enough to.
Lelouch killed his father Charles so did he obtain the code ? Some say its the "God/Goddess" who killed Charles instead. But during the episode, Lelouch gain a new power, a 2nd Geass. what is his 2nd Geass capable of ? Maybe it could be some rare godly power to cancel the code and this is how his is able to kill Charles.
Also lets say you kill someone who has a Code, is it immediately that one would gain the power or immortality ? If it took awhile for the code to merge with Lelouch's body, then him able to use his Geass awhile makes sense since during the last episode, Lelouch did not show his Geass - Maybe at that time when he was stabbed by Suzaku, the code already activated. This could means that he act dead and later when to live with C.C together and the ending shown would also make sense.
Thirdly, Code Geass Bokuto no Akito (claims to be 2017 a.t.b during the time when zero was claimed "dead" and the rise of the Black Knights) during Episode 2, Kururugi Suzaku escort someone who looked like Lelouch. The appearance is similar, the voice is similar and he had his left eye covered - Same side where Lelouch had his Geass. So any Opinion on who is he and is Bokuto no Akito really happening when lelouch was claimed "dead". could this be something like a so called "season 3" where Nunally became the 100th Empress of Britannia and she knew her brother was not dead but yet they couldnt just release or show to public that his alive therefore at the end of Code Geass S2, they showed C.C and a believed to be Lelouch together and both of them live together at the countryside. However when Britannia are facing trouble on the EU side, They decided to call for Lelouch help. and he was personally escort by the Knight of round (When they reach EU, the in charge stated that the one in the train must be very important to the Emperor as he travelled by the Britannia's private train and was escorted by the knight of Round. If thats the case, he should be Lelouch unless that person would be his twin brother or doppelgänger or maybe ditto is disguise ?.
