They also wouldn't want it to take too big of a piece out of their Pretty Cure sales, which they own exclusively and is the 6th most valuable character brand in all of Japan according to a list from 2011 (this is beating Mario Brothers, Madoka Magica, Gokaiger and Kamen Rider).
