Felli is in the same boat as him - her powers are supposedly also off the charts, but she is holding herself back, just like Layfon did. She called him a traitor because he used his powers and thus breaking what she perceived as their "silent agreement" of not doing so. She indeed feels "betrayed", but for quite the opposite reasons
