The response also hugely depends on whether you treat that as a quest or saving lives. This is the equivalent of going to a level 19 area to kill a cannibal quest boss monster when as a level 100 player; even if the quest description has vivid descriptions of the brutality of the acts, the interest is just not there for most non-Maiden Masters.
