But no way you accidently shove a knife fully though your neck. Remember, the cervical spine is back there. It would not be a trivial amount of force needed to accomplish it. |
There is such force. It's called inertia. Also knife also could go right beside spine, it doesn't occupy whole back side of neck after all.
