Also, I'd say Bioware doesn't really deserve that. Capcom is by far the worst offender around.

Picked Bioware because Mass Efect 3 was the newest example I had from "Day 1 DLC" As for "in disc locked DLC" Cacpom was the easiest and most obvious choice.
