Spoiler for Why the Kotaku Review is Total BS:

Their main beef with the movie seems to be that Misato should've explained everything to Shinji right off the bat, which would've prevented the bad things in the movie from happening. Also pointing out that the hostility towards Shinji seems entirely unwarranted.

However...it was pointed out to me today by one of my friends, who is acquainted with one of the guys behind the Kotaku review (and dislikes him), that when they first wheel Shinji in, (and I've confirmed this with the movie program), the writing on his foot sez "S. IKARI ??"

So basically, the people of Wille don't know WHAT they've retrieved. Is it Shinji? Is it an Angel that looks like Shinji? Is it something entirely new...?

So Misato would have to be pretty stupid to divulge ANY information AT ALL to a possible Angel, wouldn't she...?
