The Walking Dead Survival Instinct (the FPS game) should not in any way possible, outside of coming from the same IP, be considered related to Telltale's game

Telltale's The Walking Dead game is based off the comics and is self published.

Terminal Reality's "The Walking Dead Survival Instinct" is based off the TV show and is published by Activision.
