Love Hina though manga is better and goes in more depth.
Mayo Chiki is one of my faves.
Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai is not exactly a harem but the guy ends up dating many girls. Enjoyed the series a lot.
Kämpfer is a bit weird since main chara tends to transform into girl so it is a bit on yuri boundaries.
Kore wa Zombie Desu ka? is cool.
