Because she's the leader -> in the frontlines? just an assumption but I can't see anyone dying before her. Saki's past isn't revealed yet (that girl's got the same eyes as L-11 and it's spooky), and shooting the president council isn't "something terrible" imo.

Off Topic: How did you guys manage to watch SEED? I tried and couldn't, the faces are all the same and it was a little bit creepy. Does the art improve or did you get used to it?
