gameplay is great. I never liked turn based games, but i always liked real-time battles made by square. It wont take long to get used to, doing magic and focus attacks may be a bit frustrating at times tho. Also you have to stay within the circle or u lose life. Its also 100000 easier multiplayer, and some parts will frustrate u when ure by urself. (for example u run into 100000 monsters, and half of them can stun you). all in all, its really good, and if u played final fantasy before u should be patient enough for this game.

music is a typical final fantasy level... REALLy good

theres a story??? theres really no story. ill tell you the basic story... even tho this is in the manual book

the world is plagued with miasma, ppl (clavats, lilities, selkies, yukes) die when exposed to miasma. They have found a way to protect themselves... crystals. These crystals however require myrr once a yr to function. So the ppl send out a caravan to gather myrr for the crystal, which in turn protects that village/city. the story is about a caraavan from the village of Tipa (you can change the name)

the objective of the game is to collect myrr. 3 drops will fill up ur chalice, and that will end one yr. you keep going on. The only story i saw so far is the random encounters with other caravaners from other villages/cities. and wat the village leader tells u at the beginning of each yr.

there are 4 races.

clavats: defensepeaceful ppl... farmers?

lilties: offense
they once ruled the world.

selkie: agility
arrogant ppl

yuke: magic
only ppl who was able to fend off the lilties


i suggest u pick the lilties. Best stats at the start and longest range.
