I think each girl is only going to have one partner, since one of the requirement of the fusion is to be very close. It's unlikely Akane and Aoi are going to be able to fuse with the other two girls, as it would sort of "cheapen" their friendship. Furthermore, the fusion is a rather intimate process (their memories flow into each other) so I would think they would be reluctant to fuse with somebody they don't know perfectly. Now that I think about it, the fusion is probably more intimate than sex, which just makes this show all the more yuri-ish.
So basically:
Akane x Aoi = Vivid red and Vivid blue, depending on who's "on top"
Yellow and green = Vivid yellow and Vivid green
Black might be thrown in the mix at some point.
