Starts off with Haruna in heat, making the moves on Rito. Sadly, not as much service from her aside from the playful dialogue, but then she gets
really frisky and sucks on Rito's finger
Rito almost gives in, but since this is a Jump manga he can't go all the way and runs out to get help
He bumps into a teacher in the hallway, which all the students see, and they all go 'doki-doki' on him and give chase
S&M girl (forgot her name) seems to be plotting something as usual when she gets tackled by the horny principal, who is
naked 
But her assistants beat the stuffing out of him before it gets out of hand
Meanwhile, Haruna catches up to Rito and...gives him her chocolate (by stuffing the actual package into his mouth
). Lala then appears (getting groped by the girls
), and is hella confused...then Rito yells that it was probably her chocolates that caused all this. Then Hot Nurse shows up
and explains the situation while apparently teasing Rito...then she tells them how to fix everything.
Everyone is turned back to normal (and wondering why they're all partially undressed
), and at home Lala offers Rito her trouble chocolates, which he easily refuses
