Try mIRC. here . Here's a great faq here . Once you get that all figured out, go to #Kaizoku-Fansubs on irc.rizon.net . They are the best subbing group for One Piece, they've subbed episodes 1-92 (they're currently 189) and Movies 1 and 2, Special 1, and Dance Carnival. Their website is http://kaizoku-fansubs.com/ .You can also dry DC++ and of course good ol' Kazaa.
