The burst linkers never met him typically feared him. His name sounds like blood lust linker with the king level skill. When they finds out the truth about his name(bolt), they give him this nickname.

He only tells girls that he is known as "the strongest" and omits the second half. Imagine that you are in his shoes....

No kidding. You have the coolest sounding name yet your abilities doesn't match it.
