No, no, I must be wrong, she is probably still talking about Ginga Tetsuo 999..but the guy name was Tetsuro. Maybe was a character named (something)te on that series that I dont remember. Or maybe I misunderstand the fansubs.

Konata isn't calling Minoru names... she just tells Minoru to do as Tetsuro usually did in such circumstances... "Maetel !!!"
