Is FoN so good that it should be a core item? It doesn't provide HP or much more MR than a Negatron Cloak. Does the HP regen make that much of a difference?
If it's a Jarvan-specific thing, I understand, but for tanks I know I personally stack two Negatron Cloaks and go for BVeil before I build a FoN since I don't really need the extra movement speed. Well, if I need the MR, anyway.
Edit: If you're building Jarvan tank but still want to build some damage, don't get Ghostblade/Frozen Mallet. Get Triforce and go straight for tanky items.
