Just because he was a good character in one series, doesn't mean he has to be added in every other similar series.Even if he appears, I doubt he would be the same as the FSN character personality or even weapon-wise.

Demons can be summoned. They are mentioned briefly in vol 11, but it wasn't sure if they were considered heretic gods. As for vampires, they can be summoned based on the myths of Empusa, Lamia and the Striges from greek mythology alone. There were several others in Mesopotamian mythologies.
