The explanation for the 2nd one is Thread Index is on top of answers in Tech Support, That one is longest thread title there. "Time"ing is all over the post.
I'm pretty sure about the second part of the riddle. The key is something to do with time. I'm guessing the first part is probably part of where I should search for time. So there should be a searchbox, or I should use a search box; something like the one in FAQ.
