I'm not sure I would like that tbh. Ideally, if Tsukune gains full control of his powers, he'd be a complete Shinso Vampire. So far, all the Shinso vampires who had control of their power we've seen had no facial or body decor of any kind. Alucard may do only because he absorbed the blood of so many other ayashi but that is not the case with Tsukune.

With Tsukune's current appearance hes almost like a mini Alucard, except with an almost complete humanoid form. I agree with you that Tsukune will be a complete Shinso Vampire once full control is within his grasp, he would gain all the abilities and features vampires have, the pale skin, fangs and crimson red slitted eyes, he already has and uses the youki detector and the ability to convert his youki into raw strength, and possesses silver hair.

However, we should also consider the possibilty of him gaining extra features to his power and phsyical appearance as well, because of his original human lineage. I'm not saying it's going to happen, but we must also put this idea into consideration, just in case.
