Laser based staff should be useless in front of the mighty HSS mode Kinji since after all, all weapons is useless against them regarding G3. As long as the laser staff never hits Kinji, that is.

The blond pony tail seems to be related to yakuza (she seems to be a yakuza princess) and this time Kinji is involved in gang war between Chinese Triad and Japanese Yakuza. Although it also relates to him and Aria since Chao Chao sisters and Zhuge from Ranban appear in the last pages challenging them.
