i localised the first line because 'i came' sounds totally wrong. The second part is exactly what kujou said, and is perfectly fine in english.

妹子 refers to a chick (a hot one, normally), so you got that wrong anyway.

辣妹 btw, is hot sista, i.e babe. 妹子 is really just sister. (unless the language i spoke since birth has changed meaning in the last 20 odd years, i know a few phases did)
also, there were no indication kojou spoke the line, especially the next line to my interpretation is something like "not sure who yelled out, which made everyone focus on koujou and rushella."
