I read the chinese scan of 224, these basically happen.

Spoiler for scene:

1. Hina knock Hayate silly after after happen last saying asking him "Is lecturing me all you want?"

2. Hayate told Hina that she need to watch out herself since she is so cute and pretty.

3. Hina turn away shock and cover her big smile and start running away.

4. Hina ran without looking and nearly fall into the bliff but Hayate save her.

5. Vice student president was drinking tea and recommand Hayate take Hina to the special restaurant and give her a name card so they can get in without reservation. She also say it will be SUPER expensive.

6. Hayate hesiate for a monent and told Hina he will use up all his saving from working at the safe to treat her there.

7. Someone show up next to a broken robot and and say useless Gilberto, it is most likelt A-chan but not 100% sure since we can onyl see the feet.
