Actually, I never consider the sanctuary-clock too seriously whenever it’s brought up. Due to the inconsistency of the franchise, you can’t really hold onto anything other than our heroes will beat the crap out of the bad guys in the end as long as they have cosmo. Imo
Saint Seiya never has rules that can really limit the heroes’ chance of winning, unlike other shounen titles like
Hunter x Hunter, Fullmetal Alchemist, or
D.Gray-man for example.
