If anyone pulls a fusion, wouldn't it be Negi? His Magia Erebia allows him to absorb magic, so given that the denizens of the Magic World are magical constructs, so he could theoretically fusion with them by absorption.
I don't think it would ever happen, but it's an interesting idea.
