Sounds more like Gyokuro somehow divorced Issa, if anything... until we get a 100% confirmation that Issa is actually dead, I'm betting on him being in hiding somewhere... either that, or somehow held in a dungeon on the ship (yeah, I don't know how that would be possible either, but I'm just going to throw it out there)
