Nope, the Listeria, or whatever it was called, was the only ship to survive and return to earth. You see it in the newspaper when Noboru walks into his apartment. It's almost a certainty that she did die just based on the mood of the anime. Her mech had no propulsion and was aimlessly floating in space. Really, there was no way she could have got back to the alien planet.
