For the current arc...
1. Multitasking: Multitasking both noi / szayel fights.
2. Dragging out fights: Guilty for both too.
3. Unwillingness to kill off characters: I'm not sadistic, but some deaths are needed to keep a good plot going.
4. Repeated character designs: Neriel. Need i say more?
5. Similar storyline. SS arc and the current LN arc.
