Yea, that is why I had to talk a bit about the first season, as I felt it would be incomplete to just talk about half the story.

Yea, that was well done. One of the important things about any show is that they need to quickly draw in the viewer into the world of the show. That's something I did not feel in Umineko, but it's a bit too early to judge that.
