There is of course a 4th option which she didn't consider at all, which is if she loses. Not sure what happens though. Do the surviving monsters get to battle again or do are the monsters once off summons that disappear after the battle?

Surviving monsters likely go again, or it likely would have been mentioned in the part about defeated players being out of the game.
