Its more like it depends on which magazine the manga is serialized in.
For example, Addicted to Curry, Gantz, Liar Game and Zetman are all found in Young Jump, and they're all pretty underrated series compared to series found in Weekly Jump.

The drama is pretty mediocre compared to the manga. The ending for the drama was, at least for me, bad.
On the other hand, Toda Erika plays as Kanzaki Nao and Erika is hawtsss.
