When the project was first announced (a few months ago), Hisaya was supposed to write the script for the anime. In case you didn't know, Hisaya was the main script writer for Kanon (Key) and sola. So the same production staff that did True Tears and Hanasaku Iroha with an ex-Key writer whose works were less obnoxious and melodramatic than what Jun Maeda did. Hell yeh was I sold... then someone told me the devastating news he pulled out...
